  "text": "(1) Subject to paragraph (2), an application for first registration must be made in Form FR1.\n(2) Where Her Majesty applies for the first registration of an estate under section 79 of the Act, Form FR1 must be used with such modifications to it as are appropriate and have been approved by the registrar.",
