  "text": "In this Part—\n“cautioner” has the same meaning as in section 22 of the Act (read with rule 52),\n“cautioner's register“ is the register so named in rule 41(2) the contents of which are described in rule 41(5),\n“relevant interest” means the interest claimed by the cautioner in the unregistered legal estate to which the caution against first registration relates.",
