  "text": "Where the registrar is describing a registered estate in land in the property register by reference to land where mines or minerals are or may be situated, he may make an entry to the effect that the description is an entry made under rule 5(a) and is not a note that the registered estate includes the mines or minerals for the purposes of paragraph 2 of Schedule 8 to the Act.",
