LAND REGISTRATION, SCOTLAND
Made 30th June 1988
Laid before Parliament 15th July 1988
Coming into force 1st October 1988
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 27(1) of the Land Registration (Scotland) Act 1979and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, and after consultation with the Lord President of the Court of Session, hereby makes the following Rules:
