  "text": "LAND REGISTRATION, SCOTLAND\nMade 1st February 1995\nLaid before Parliament 15th February 1995\nComing into force 1st April 1995\nThe Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 27(1) of the Land Registration (Scotland) Act 1979and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, after consultation with the Lord President of the Court of Session, hereby makes the following Rules:",
