LAND REGISTRATION, SCOTLAND
Made 1st February 1995
Laid before Parliament 15th February 1995
Coming into force 1st April 1995
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 27(1) of the Land Registration (Scotland) Act 1979and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, after consultation with the Lord President of the Court of Session, hereby makes the following Rules:
