  "text": "For rule 24 of the principal Rules (application to Keeper for report or office copy) substitute–\n“Application to Keeper for report or office copy\n24 (1) Subject to paragraphs (2) and (3) below, an application to the Keeper for a report or office copy in terms of section 6(5) of the Act mentioned in column 1 of the following table shall be in the appropriate form as referred to in column 2 of the said table.\n(1)\n(2)\nReport or office copy applied for\nForm\n(1)\nReport prior to Registration\n10\n(2)\nContinuation of report prior to Registration\n11\n(3)\nReport over registered subjects\n12\n(4)\nContinuation of report on registered subjects\n13\n(5)\nReport to ascertain whether or not subjects have been registered\n14\n(6)\nOffice copy (in terms of section 6(5) of the Act)\n15\n(2) An application for a report or office copy in terms of section 6(5) of the Act may be made by telephone provided the information which would have been included under an equivalent application under paragraph (1) above is supplied, together with such additional information as may be required by the Keeper.\n(3) An application for a report or office copy in terms of section 6(5) of the Act may be made by facsimile or electronic mail provided the information which would have been included under an equivalent application under paragraph (1) above is supplied.”.",
