# The Land Registration (Scotland) Amendment Rules 2004, Article 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation


(1) These Rules may be cited as the Land Registration (Scotland) Amendment Rules 2004 and shall come into force on 28th November 2004.
(2) In these Rules, the “principal Rules” means the Land Registration (Scotland) Rules 1980.
