  "text": "LAND REGISTRATION\nMade 3rd November 2004\nLaid before the Scottish Parliament 4th November 2004\nComing into force 28th November 2004\nThe Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 27(1) of the Land Registration (Scotland) Act 1979 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, and after consultation with the Lord President of the Court of Session in accordance with that section, hereby make the following Rules:",
