Article 11 Withdrawal by applicant of application for registration

Rules applied (with modifications) by Banking Act 2009 (Parts 2 and 3 Consequential Amendments) 2009 art. 3 Sch.

An application for registration may be withdrawn by the applicant before the completion of registration.
