# The Land Registration (Scotland) Rules 2006, Article 23: Description of a registered interest in land


Land in respect of which an interest has been registered shall be sufficiently described in any deed relating to that interest if it is described by reference to the number of the title sheet of that interest in the manner prescribed by Schedule 3 to these Rules.
