  "text": "LAND REGISTRATION\nMade 4th October 2006\nLaid before the Scottish Parliament 5th October 2006\nComing into force in accordance with Rule 1\nThe Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 27(1) of the Land Registration (Scotland) Act 1979 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, and after consultation with the Lord President of the Court of Session in accordance with that section, hereby make the following Rules:",
