  "text": "to be rated, to pay and be assessed in such County, &c. as heretofore.\nProvided alwayes and bee it further Declared and Enacted by the Authoritie aforesaid That for the avoiding all Obstructions and Delayes in Assessing and Collecting the Summs which by this Act are to be Rated and Assessed all Places Constablewicks Divisions and Allottments which have used to be Rated and Assessed shall pay and be Assessed in such County Hundred Rape Wapentake Constablewicke Division Place and Allotment as the same hath heretofore usually beene Assessed in and not elsewhere.",
