  "text": "Provided alwayes and it is hereby Enacted That it shall and may be lawfull to and for any Person and Persons to Advance and Lend unto Their Majesties upon the Security of this Act any Summe or Summes of Money and to have and receive for the forbearance thereof after the Rate of Seaven pounds by the Hundred for One whole Yeare and noe more directly or indirectly And moreover that noe Money soe lent upon the Security of this Act,shall be rated or assessed by vertue of this Act",
