Section XXXIII Commissioners not liable for Penalties of 25 Car. II. c. 2.

And bee it further enacted by the Authority aforesaid That noe Commissioner or Commissioners who shall bee imployed in the execution of this Act shall bee lyeable for or by reason of such Execution to any of the Penalties mentioned in an Act made in the Five and twentieth Yeare of the Reigne of King Charles the Second entituled An Act for preventing Dangers which may happen from Popish Recusants.
