  "text": "Provided alwaies and it is hereby enacted That it shall and may be lawfull to and for any person or persons to advance and lend unto Theire Majesties upon the security of this Act any Su[m]me or Su[m]mes of money and to have and receive for the forbeareance thereof any Su[m]me not exceeding seaven pounds by the hundred for one wholl yeare and noe more directly or indirectly And moreover that noe money soe lent upon the security of this Act shall be rated or assessed by virtue of this Act:-",
