  "text": "And be it further enacted by the authority aforesaid That for the better assessing ordering levying and collecting of the severall Su[m]mes of money soe as aforesaid limitted and appointed to be paid and for the more effectuall putting of this p[re]sent Act in Execuc[i]on all and every the Persons hereafter named shall be Co[m]missioners of and for the severall and respective Countyes Cittyes Burroughs Townes and Places hereafter menc[i]oned.",
