  "text": "Penalty £500.\nProvided alwaies and be it enacted That if any Person hereby named a Comissioner shall p[re]sume to act as a Co[m]missioner in the execuc[i]on of this Act before he shall have taken the Oathes which by this Act he is required to take and in the manner hereby p[re]scribed he shall forfeite to Theire Majesties the Su[m]me, of Five hundred Pounds:-",
