  "text": "Provided always That the Right Hono[ra]ble the Master of the Rolls the Masters of Chancery Six Clerks Clerks of the Petty Bag Examiners Registers Clerks of the Inrollment Clerks of the Affidavitts and Subpena Office and all others the Officers of the Court of Chancery that execute their Offices within the Liberty of the Rolls shall be there assessed for their respective Offices and not elsewhere.",
