  "text": "Exception.\nAnd it is hereby enacted & ordained That the said Bills and every of them so to be issued shall be current and passe in all Payments to any of His Majesties Receivers or Collectors of any Aids Taxes or Supplies hereby granted or that shall or may be granted for the Service of the Warr for the Yeare of our Lord One thousand six hundred ninety and seven except for the aid of Three Shillings in the Pound and to and from all others who have or may have the Receipt of any of the said Aids Taxes or Supplies Any Law or Statute to the contrary notwithstanding.",
