# Land Tax Act 1698, Section LX: Waterworks in Southwark to be assessed in Surrey.


Provided alwaies and be it enacted by the Authority aforesaid That all the Water-works in the Borough of Southwark shall be rated and assessed by the Commissioners and Assessors of the County of Surrey and not by the Commissioners or Assessors of the City of London Any thing herein contained to the contrary notwithstanding
