  "heading": "Criteria for acceptance of waste which apply to all kinds of landfill",
  "text": "(1) The following criteria shall apply to the acceptance of waste at any landfill.\n(2) Waste may only be accepted at a landfill provided its acceptance would not compromise the protection–\n(a) of the surrounding environment, in particular groundwater and surface water;\n(b) of the protection of environmental protection systems such as liners and leachate treatment systems;\n(c) of the protection of the desired waste-stabilisation processes within the landfill; and\n(d) against human health hazards.",
