Paragraph 3 Additional criteria for acceptance of waste at landfills for non-hazardous waste
Waste may only be accepted at a landfill for non-hazardous waste if it is–
(a)
listed on the Hazardous Waste List of the European Waste Catalogue or has similar characteristics to those so listed and its deposit at the landfill otherwise meets the requirements of regulation 12(3)(c) and (4); or
(b)
any other waste listed on the European Waste Catalogue or has similar characteristics to those so listed.
