  "heading": "Interpretation of Part II.",
  "text": "(1) In this Part of this Act:—\n“ business ” has the meaning assigned to it by subsection (2) of section twenty-three of this Act;\n“current tenancy” means the tenancy under which the tenant holds for the time being;\n“ date of termination ” has the meaning assigned to it by subsection (1) of section twenty-five of this Act;\nsubject to the provisions of section thirty-two of this Act, “ the holding ” has the meaning assigned to it by subsection (3) of section twenty-three of this Act;\n“interim rent” has the meaning given by section 24A(1) of this Act;\n“ mining lease ” has the same meaning as in the Landlord and Tenant Act 1927.\n(2) For the purposes of this Part of this Act, a person has a controlling interest in a company, if, had he been a company, the other company would have been its subsidiary; and in this Part—\n“company” has the meaning given by section 1(1) of the Companies Act 2006; and\n“subsidiary” has the meaning given by section 1159 of that Act.",
