# Landlord and Tenant Act 1954, Section 54A: Rent reviews and arrangements for new tenancies


(1) Schedule 7A makes provision about rent reviews.
(2) Schedule 7B makes provision about terms relating to rent in arrangements which require a new tenancy to be granted or taken.
