  "text": "(1) Paragraphs 2 to 8 do not apply to a tenant of—\na local authority,\na National Park authority , or\na new town corporation, . . .\n. . .\nunless the tenancy is a long tenancy, in which case paragraphs 2 to 5 and 7 and 8 apply but paragraph 6 does not.\n(2) Subsections (2) and (3) of section 26 shall apply for the purposes of sub-paragraph (1) as they apply for the purposes of subsection (1) of that section.\nTABLE OF DERIVATIONS\n1.
