# Landlord and Tenant (War Damage) Act 1939, Section 26: Short title and extent.


(1) This Act may be cited as the Landlord and Tenant (War Damage) Act 1939.
(2) No provision of this Act shall extend to Scotland, and no provision of this Act, . . . shall extend to Northern Ireland.
