# The Landmines Act 1998 (Jersey) Order 2001, Paragraph 11


In section 12—
(a) in subsection (4), for paragraphs (a) and (b) substitute “, on conviction, to a fine”; and
(b) in subsection (5), for paragraphs (a) and (b) substitute “, on conviction, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or to a fine or to both”.
