# The Landmines Act 1998 (Jersey) Order 2001, Paragraph 13


In section 14—
(a) in subsection (1)(a), for “constable” substitute “police officer”; and
(b) in subsection (3), for paragraphs (a) and (b) substitute “, on conviction, to a fine”.
