# The Landmines Act 1998 (Jersey) Order 2001, Paragraph 14


In section 15—
(a) in subsection (2), for “the United Kingdom”, in both places where those words occur, substitute “Jersey”;
(b) in subsection (4), for “Secretary of State” substitute “Lieutenant Governor”; and
(c) in subsection (5), for the words from “Schedule 1” to the end of the subsection substitute—
“the First Schedule to the Privileges and Immunities (Diplomatic, Consular, etc.) (Jersey) Law 1998 (Articles of Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations of 1961 having force of law in Jersey)”.
