(a)

in subsection (1)—

(i)

in paragraph (a), for “a justice of the peace” substitute “the Bailiff”;

(ii)

omit paragraph (b) and the word “or” immediately preceding it; and

(iii)

for “Secretary of State” substitute “Committee”;

(b)

in subsections (4), (5) and (6), for “constable” substitute “police officer”; and

(c)

in subsection (8), for paragraphs (a) and (b) substitute “, on conviction, to a fine”.
