# The Landmines Act 1998 (Jersey) Order 2001, Paragraph 18


In section 19—
(a) in subsection (2), at the end of paragraph (f) insert “or of Jersey”; and
(b) in subsection (3), for paragraphs (a) and (b) substitute “, on conviction, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or to a fine or to both”.
