# The Landmines Act 1998 (Jersey) Order 2001, Paragraph 4


In section 5—
(a) in subsection (3), insert at the end of the paragraph (a) “and Jersey”; and
(b) in subsection (4), for “Secretary of State” substitute “Lieutenant Governor”.
