  "text": "If the arbiters shall decide that a further sum ought to be paid or deposited by the promoters of the undertaking, they shall pay or deposit, as the case may require, such further sum within fourteen days after making of such decreet arbitral or award, or in default thereof the same may be enforced by diligence, or recovered, with expences, by action in any competent court.",
