Article 6

For rule 6(4) substitute—

“(4)

The appellant shall attach to the notice of appeal—

(a)

a copy of the disputed decision; and

(b)

where the appeal is made following grant of leave to appeal by the authority, a copy of the decision granting leave to appeal; and

(c)

where the appeal relates to a rating appeal, a copy of the proposal or determination that was the subject of the proceedings which led to the disputed decision.”.
