Coming into force 1st February 1998
The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred by on him by section 3 of the Lands Tribunal Act 1949, after consultation with the Council on Tribunals in accordance with section 8(1) of the Tribunals and Inquiries Act 1992, hereby make the following Rules—
