# The Lands Tribunal (Amendment) Rules 2006, Article 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation


(1) These Rules may be cited as the Lands Tribunal (Amendment) Rules 2006 and shall come into force—
(a) in relation to England, on 28th April 2006;
(b) in relation to Wales, on the date on which section 231 of the Housing Act 2004 comes into force in relation to Wales.
(2) In these Rules a reference to a rule by number alone is a reference to the rule so numbered in the Lands Tribunal Rules 1996.
