# The Lands Tribunal (Amendment) Rules 2006, Introduction: Introductory text


LANDS TRIBUNAL, ENGLAND AND WALES
Made 20th March 2006
Coming into force in accordance with rule 1(1)
The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 3(6) of the Lands Tribunal Act 1949, after consultation with the Council on Tribunals under section 8(1) of the Tribunals and Inquiries Act 1992, makes the following Rules:
