# The Lands Tribunal (Amendment) Rules (Northern Ireland) 1997, Introduction: Introductory text


LANDS TRIBUNAL
Made 20th February 1997
Coming into operation 1st April 1997
The Department of Finance and Personnel, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 9 of the Lands Tribunal and Compensation Act (Northern Ireland) 1964 and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, after consultation with the President of the Lands Tribunal for Northern Ireland, hereby makes the following Rules:
