Article 13 Evidence

After rule A11 there shall be inserted the following rule—

“Evidence

A11A.

In any proceedings on an appeal against a decision or direction of the Valuation Tribunal, the Lands Tribunal shall receive as evidence the findings of the Valuation Tribunal.”.
