  "text": "In rule A6—\n(a) after the word “appeal” where it first occurs there shall be inserted the words “or notice of application for leave to appeal”;\n(b) after the word ”appeal” where it occurs elsewhere there shall be inserted the words “or application”; and\n(c) after the word “appellant” there shall be inserted the words “or applicant”.",
