  "text": "Lands tribunal\nMade 24th September 2007\nComing into operation 5th November 2007\nThe Department of Finance and Personnel makes the following Rules in exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Lands Tribunal and Compensation Act (Northern Ireland) Act 1964.\nIn accordance with that section it has consulted with the President of the Lands Tribunal for Northern Ireland.",
