# The Lands Tribunal (Amendment) Rules (Northern Ireland) 2015, Introduction: Introductory text


Lands Tribunal
Made 8th July 2015
Coming into operation 10th August 2015
The Department of Justice makes the following Rules in exercise of the power conferred by section 9(1) of the Lands Tribunal and Compensation Act (Northern Ireland) 1964.
In accordance with that subsection it has consulted with the President of the Lands Tribunal for Northern Ireland.
