# The Lands Tribunal for Scotland (Amendment) (Fees) Rules 1988, Introduction: Introductory text


LANDS TRIBUNAL
Made 28th November 1988
Coming into force 1st January 1989
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Lands Tribunal Act 1949 and now vested in me and of all other powers enabling me in that behalf, and with the approval of the Treasury, I hereby make the following Rules:
