  "text": "(This note is not part of the Rules)\nThese Rules amend the Lands Tribunal for Scotland Rules 1971 from 1st April 1994 for the purpose of increasing most of the fees payable to the Tribunal. These fees were most recently amended with effect from 1st April 1993.",
