# The Lands Tribunal for Scotland Amendment (Fees) Rules 2003, Introduction: Introductory text

Coming into force 1st November 2003
The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 3(6) and (12)(e) of the Lands Tribunal Act 1949 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, and after consultation with the Scottish Committee of the Council on Tribunals in accordance with section 8(1) of the Tribunals and Inquiries Act 1992, hereby make the following Rules:
