# The Lands Tribunal for Scotland (Relevant Certificate) (Fees) Rules 2003, Article 2: Fees


The fee chargeable by the Lands Tribunal for Scotland in respect of issuing a relevant certificate by virtue of section 107 of the Title Conditions (Scotland) Act 2003 shall be £25.
