# The Lands Tribunal for Scotland Rules 2003, Article 23: Extension of Time and Adjournment of Hearing


The Tribunal may, on such terms as to expenses or otherwise as it thinks fit–
(a) extend any time appointed by, or specified by it in terms of, these Rules notwithstanding that that time may have expired;
(b) postpone, or adjourn, any hearing.
