Article 21 Form of application

An application for a certificate of the Lands Tribunal under section 2 of the Rights of Light Act 1959 shall be in Form 1.

An application under paragraph (1) shall be accompanied by two copies of the application which the applicant proposes to make to the local authority in whose area the dominant building is situated.
