  "text": "(1) In this Order:\n“relevant local planning authorities” means Portsmouth City Council, Havant Borough Council and Hampshire County Council, or any of them as the case may be;\n“the 1962 Order” means the Langstone Harbour Order 1962;\n“the constituent councils” means the councils of the City of Portsmouth and the Borough of Havant;\n“the limits of jurisdiction” for the purposes of articles 8 and 9 below, means the area edged pink on the map annexed to this Order;\n(2) Words and expressions to which meanings are assigned by the Langstone Harbour Orders 1962 to 1990 shall have the same meaning herein.",
